This policy covers the Trained Response waitlist and optional waitlist SMS program.

Information we collect and use

We collect your name if provided, your chosen email address or mobile number, selected training interest, and, for SMS signups, the time and wording version of your consent. We use this information for waitlist administration, signup confirmation, early-access invitations, support, and abuse prevention.

Service providers and delivery records

Netlify stores the signup. Resend processes email confirmations. When SMS is active, Twilio processes your number and messages to deliver texts and handle opt-outs. Delivery records identify messages and their status. Sending limits use protected identifiers derived from your number and network address. Service providers process information to operate this signup and messaging service.

SMS consent and marketing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent applies only to the Trained Response waitlist program and is not transferred to another messaging campaign.

Your choices

SMS is optional. You can choose email instead. Once texting is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Contact info@trainedresponse.com to update your details, withdraw permission, or request deletion of your signup information. Some records may need to be retained to honor opt-outs or resolve delivery issues.
